Bent Guitar Table 2

This bent guitar table is fashioned after a Gibson Les Paul with a sunburst finish. For this table I used some beautifully figured quilted maple. I laminated some cherry and more maple to the bottom. I cut and formed the body. I purchased a nice guitar neck. I air brushed red dye around the edges, and yellow dye in the middle. I chose matching dichroic and iridescent glass for the inlays. With the glass inlays i simulated the knobs, pick guard, pickups and bridges.
I used walnut for the legs and simulated a leather strap lying on the floor. I finished it with multi coats of high gloss lacquer with gold sparkle in the first coat.
